Pistoia hides within its historical center a fascinating underground world, a rich historical memory unknown to most people and tourists. The path length of about 700 m was recovered, and it is managed by the Archaeological Institute of Historical Research ( IRSA ).
The historical "Pistoia Underground" is along the old river Brana, which allowed, in the past centuries, the development of various activities and water supply for families.
